Biography
Scott Hartman, MD is a family physician and primary care doctor at UR Medicine’s North Ponds Family Medicine & Maternity Care in Webster, New York. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University School of Medicine and completed residency training in family and community medicine at Penn State Medical Center.
Before joining the University of Rochester Medical Center, Hartman served with the National Health Service Corps on Chicago’s South Side, where he completed additional training in women’s health and HIV medicine, and later worked as a community health center physician and faculty member at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. His current work includes maternity care, and he also serves in regional physician leadership, including as president of the Monroe County Medical Society for 2025-2026.
