Michelle Kvalsund, D.O., M.S., is a neurologist in the University of Rochester’s neuromuscular division and an associate professor of neurology at UR Medicine. She completed her neurology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and then two fellowships at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, including clinical neurophysiology. A distinguishing part of her professional background is her published work on neuromuscular disease and neurologic care in Zambia, including studies on electrodiagnostic consultations and peripheral neuropathy.
