Biography
Roger J. Boulay, MD, was a University of Rochester physician and Clinical Professor Emeritus in General Medicine, with a joint emeritus appointment in Psychiatry. A Columbia-trained physician, he was remembered by URMC Psychiatry for helping build an embedded primary care service for psychiatric patients and later the outpatient MIPS primary care clinic, an effort aimed at improving continuity of medical care for that population.
