Biography
Dr. Harlan Kosson is a psychiatrist with longstanding experience in New York’s public mental health system, including work at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center and later at Rochester Psychiatric Center; in that published court decision, he was recognized by stipulation as an expert in forensic psychiatry. He has also contributed to the psychiatric literature, co-authoring a 1992 Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology paper on lithium-associated liver test abnormalities.
