Biography
Curtis G. Benesch, M.D., M.P.H., is a Rochester neurologist and University of Rochester faculty physician whose work centers on stroke and cerebrovascular disease. He is a professor of neurology, chief of the Division of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disorders, and medical director of the URMC Comprehensive Stroke Center. Dr. Benesch completed neurology residency and fellowship training at the University of Rochester, is board-certified in neurology and vascular neurology, and has led the URMC Stroke Center since its inception in 1996.
