Robert Q. Pollard, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He founded the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Deaf Wellness Center, where his work has focused on mental health, public health, professional education, and sign-language access for deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
