Biography
Victor Goulenko, MD, is a radiation oncology resident at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo. Before entering radiation oncology, he completed a neurosurgery residency in Rio de Janeiro, pursued the Steiner radiosurgery fellowship at Roswell Park, and worked as an attending neurosurgeon at the Instituto Estadual do Cérebro Paulo Niemeyer and Hospital Copa Star in Brazil. His background also includes recent scholarly work in radiosurgery and neuro-oncology, and he was recognized with Roswell Park’s 2025 RSNA Resident Research Award.
