Biography
Dr. Richard “Dick” O’Connor is an optometrist in Elma whose work has centered on behavioral optometry and vision therapy for much of his career. A 1975 Southern College of Optometry graduate, he practiced in New Orleans and later with Aurora Optometric Group before opening Vision Development of WNY in 2017 to focus full time on behavioral optometry. His professional roles have included past president of the WNY Optometric Association and secretary and fellow of the College of Syntonic Optometry.
