Biography
Dr. Joseph C. Biondolillo is a Hamburg optometrist and longtime leader of Biondolillo Eye Care, a local practice that reports serving the community since 1980. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1980, and New York State Wadsworth Center records list him as director of the practice’s CLIA-waived testing site for tear osmolality.
