Richard J. Seeger, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with OcuSight Eye Care Center whose clinical work includes cataract surgery, glaucoma care, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. He earned his MD from Albany Medical College and completed ophthalmology residency at Albany Medical Center; he also serves as a voluntary clinical assistant professor in ophthalmology at the University of Rochester and has held leadership roles as past president of both the Rochester Ophthalmological Society and the New York State Ophthalmological Society.
