Biography
Dr. Rachel Garner is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Cayuga Dermatology, practicing in her hometown of Ithaca. Her practice biography notes that she earned her MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, then completed internal medicine training followed by dermatology residency and chief residency at the University of Rochester. Before opening her Ithaca practice in 2017, she served as an attending dermatologist at Lourdes Hospital in Vestal, and she has also co-authored a peer-reviewed dermatology case report.
