Biography
Dr. Ajay N. Panchal is a board-certified general surgeon and clinical assistant professor of surgery at the University at Buffalo, where he also earned his medical degree and completed his general surgery residency, according to UBMD. His work centers on gastrointestinal, laparoscopic, minimally invasive, and robotic surgery, and he serves as course director for UB’s robotic surgery sub-internship. After several years in private practice in Buffalo, he returned to join UBMD Surgery and the Jacobs School faculty.
